Možnost požádat o finanční podporu na realizaci projektů ve Spojených státech pro umělce a umělecké managery všech oborů ze střední Evropy, Ruska a Euroasie nabízí jako již od roku 1992 program ArtsLink. Vedle podpory "nezávislých projektů" poskytuje program ArtsLink podporu rezidenčním pobytům pro výtvarné a media umělce a managery v amerických neziskových organizacích. Termín podání žádostí je 7. listopadu 2005.

Independent Projects
Project Grants – all disciplines; artists and arts managers. Independent Projects enables arts professionals to carry out projects in the U.S. Applicants must have a letter of invitation from a US non-profit organization to enter this competition. Deadline November 7, 2005.
Residencies
Structured Residencies – visual and media artists and managers. Residencies places Fellows at established U.S. non-profit arts organizations and covers the cost of their residencies. English language skill is required. Since 1992, 354 Fellows have participated in Residencies.

ArtsLink supports arts exchange between the U.S. and Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Georgia, Hungary, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Mongolia, Moldova, Poland, Romania, Russia, Serbia and Montenegro, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan.
