At moment we are busy seeking nominations from our nominations across Europe. However, we are running an open nominations round in parallel with this search and I am writing to ask for your help with this process.   I have attached to this email copies of  the nomination and entry  forms and I would be most  grateful  if you would use these as you see fit – either to let us know about artists who you would like to nominate or  alternatively to pass these forms on to artists and their galleries.

Nominations for this round of the Prize close in September  and we plan to announce the shortlist of thirty paintings in October 2005. There will be an exhibition of the short listed work at Bonhams in London in January 2006 when the winner will be announced..

I will write with further details of the Prize as we progress and look forward to seeing you at our events this coming autumn and winter.
