International Women's Media Foundation nabízí nový program Elizabeth Neuffer Fellowship, jehož cílem je podpořit novinářky, které se zabývají lidskými právy a sociální spravedlností. IWMF ANNOUNCES ELIZABETH NEUFFER FELLOWSHIPS
The International Women's Media Foundation is calling for applications for the Elizabeth Neuffer Fellowship, a new program that supports women journalists who report on human rights and social justice. The fellowship combines research opportunities at MIT's Center for International Studies and other Boston area universities with reporting opportunities at the New York Times and the Boston Globe. Elizabeth Neuffer Fellowship
The Elizabeth Neuffer Fellowship provides an opportunity for a woman journalist working in the print, broadcast or Internet media to spend an academic year in a tailored program that combines access to MIT's Center for International Studies and other Boston-area universities and two media companies, The Boston Globe and The New York Times. With this flexible structure, the fellow will have opportunities to pursue academic research as well as hone her journalistic skills covering topics related to human rights and social justice.
Elizabeth Neuffer IWMF Fund
The Elizabeth Neuffer IWMF Fund is named for a Boston Globe correspondent and 1998 Courage in Journalism Award winner who was killed in Iraq in May 2003. The fund was established by Elizabeth Neuffer's family and friends and the IWMF to perpetuate her memory and advance her life's mission of promoting international understanding of human rights and social justice.
