The Look at My Feet project offers a residency opportunity for young European artists. The residency will join together five artists from different artistic fields and different countries. They will work together on a common transdisciplinary creation. We already have a Bulgarian performer, a Portuguese scenographer, a Finish illustrator/video artist and French musician/sound artist.

WE ARE NOW LOOKING FOR A DANCER/CHOREOGRAPHER.

THEME FOR THE CREATION: The Street, the Urban Space and its Perception.

WHERE: Seating up to 80 people theater + 2 other working spaces + relaxing area

PERIOD: 19-30 September 2011. Arrival on the 18th of September, departure on the 1st of October.

The work done on the residency will have a public showing on the 30th. The event will also include other artist’s pieces: exhibition, music & sound, costume design, installation and scenography.

During the residency, some young children around 9 years old will have a workshop besides.

THE RESIDENCY WILL INCORPORATE THE FOLLOWING:
- A work space
- Catering and local hosting
- Travel costs
- Technical equipment and support
- Professional help in press and promotion: photographers and cameramen will film parts of the residency and the final event.
