La Mekanica - mezinárodní festival performačního a vizuálního umění

Neziskové kulturní sdružení se sídlem v Barceloně vyzývá umělce k účasti na festivalu mezinárodního performačního a vizuálního umění, který se bude konat v září 2006 v Barceloně. Zvláštní zájem pořadatelů je o díla umělců, které prolamují dnešní trendy v tanci, divadle, v umění obecně a práce, které chtějí objevovat nové sféry. Přihlásit se je možno do 15. září 2005.
LA MEKANICA_ CALL FOR ARTISTS_ FESTIVAL 2006, BARCELONA
LA MEKANICA, a non profit cultural association based in Barcelona, is launching a international call for artists, on the mark of a international performing&visual arts festival, that will take place on September 2006 in Barcelona (dates to be confirmed). We're looking for works in the field of contemporary dance/theatre, performance, live art and visual arts. There is no festival theme or imposed guideline. Our only prerequisite is that the work be above all challenging. We are especially looking for work which breaks with today's trends in dance, theatre and art in general, work which wants to discover new territories. Please, if you're interested, send us by post mail (until the 15th September) your proposal containing a description of the work, CV's, budget and a DVD of the work. We're only looking for works that already had its premiere, and works that will be presented for the first time in Spain. We're interested in presenting internationally recognized artists/companies together with emergent and new artists from the international scene.
